Rules and Rights

Only one owner per character. No shared adoptions.

The character belongs ONLY to the person who paid for the design.

The owner may commission other artists to do artwork of their character or allow others to do fanart of their character. Addition rules regarding the use of the character after it is bought are the responsibility of the new owner.

Do not claim the design as your own.

Credit me at least once when using my design.

Do NOT sell my designs for more than what you paid for them.
 
I must be notified of the new owner; send me a note with the username of the new owner so that I may update the characters information.

Make sure you download a copy of your character after you purchase it. I will send you the un-watermarked copy only once. Reply that you have received your copy. I am not responsible for replacing a download of a character you can not find.
